About Reconcile and Reclaim Collaborations, LLC

Mission:

To promote the unity of sexuality and faith through education and exploration centered in curiosity and radical openness.

Vision:

  • To strive for a world where decisions regarding sexuality and sexual health are made from the place of honor and respect for God and God’s creation, not fear or shame.

  • To equip youth, adults, professionals and committed partners with information, skills and resources to celebrate sexuality and increase one’s capacity to hold both faith and the reality of our bodies in harmony.

Reconcile & Restore Collaborations, LLC exists to challenge fear-based approaches to sexual health and physical intimacy. Fear based approaches to sexuality create harm, dysfunction, and dissociation within ourselves and our relationships. Our central goal is restoring the connection of body, spirit and sexuality – a relationship made complicated by harmful theologies, white supremacy, and shame.  Sexuality is a gift from God and we encourage our clients to honor that gift. We strive to combat the functional belief that sexuality is an enemy to a fruitful and rich relationship with God. Instead, we celebrate sexuality as a central life force that allows us to relate to God, ourselves and each other.

All of our programs, trainings, and coaching sessions are created based on a framework of collaboration.  While there are best practices and guidelines around sexual health, we work closely with each client to discover what their needs and desired outcomes are. Our clients shape the scope of our work. Reconcile and Reclaim Collaborations, LLC provides access to resources and expertise that can help youth develop responsible sexual health practices, encourage preachers and faith leaders to grow their skill set for navigating sexual matters and the realities of our bodies, and can help couples enhance the passion within their relationship.
